This fantastic date includes coffee on arrival before moving in to Dai’s cookery school, time with the celebrity chef himself as he cooks and demo’s your two course lunch, you will then move in to our Stables restaurant to enjoy a glass of wine with your lunch. A tour of our working kitchen and the hotel is included.

On TV again!! Wedi 7 joined us again this evening to do a live link from the hotel out to its audience. The reason was for a book launch written as a tribute to Prof. Hywel Teifi Edwards, former Head of Welsh at Swansea University. He’s originally from Aberarth and is very well-known in Aberaeron and nationally in Wales. He’s the father of Huw Edwards who reads the 10 o’clock news on BBC1.
There was an excellent turn out with over 150 guests coming to the Feathers to join Prof, Edwards for the evening.

The hotel is proud to announce that after having a mystery guest stay with us from The AA last week, we are now officially an AA 3 star hotel also.
Our new food consultant Dai Chef has been with us several weeks now and has settled in with great results.
We have a fabulous treat in store for Mum’s this Sunday with a delicious Mother’s Day lunch. We are very busy but have limited availability so please check out the menu in the restaurant section and then call us to make your booking.
Dai has plans to have cookery demonstrations at the hotel and more details of this and other events will be announced shortly.
Our banqueting, wedding and buffet menu’s are all in the process of being changed and new ones will be available to view shortly. In the meantime please do not hesitate to contact the hotel.
